WHEEL SURFACE FINISHING EQUIPMENT

Atrump's VP24 Wheel Polish Machine is designed to process the surface of the wheel frame, ranged from surface grinding to surface smoothing and high gloss polishing of wheels up to 24".

The Hydraulic Lift System is a standard design for easy quick loading and unloading of the rim onto the work piece holder which cuts down the loading and unloading time and ease of use.

Automatic compound supply system for precisely controlling the usage in polish compound. Delivers smooth processing workflow with durable work bowl through high efficiency motors on each side of the machine to enhance workpieces finishing quality.

VP24 performs excellent results for all types of new, used, cast aluminum and forged aluminum wheels. With the right combination of media and compound, it performs optimal removal of material to achieve a highly polished surface with very consistent results.
